23 Dramatic Improvements
The next stage in the evolution of the Case IH ecolo-tiger primary tillage system has taken a
large stride with the 30C Series. Twenty-three design changes have been made to increase
productivity, residue flow and your bottom line.
- Main frame stretched 8 in. to increase clearance by lead shanks
- Increased lift cylinder lug thickness
- Gussets added on the wheel arm support of 730C
- Strengthened 530C wheel pedestal
- Hub and spindle load ratings have increased
- Increased tire ply & load ratings
- Total machine weight has increased for more powerful cutting force
- disk level’r™ arms increased to 4 in. x 6 in. tubing
- level'r cylinder mounts are thicker and on the side of the tube for more strength
- Three-piece V-seals in disk level’r hubs
- Rear hitch mounts off back of 6 in. x 8 in. frame rather than under the frame

- New saddle-type level’r arm design for increased durability
- Disk frame angle increased from 15 degrees to 18 degrees
- Increased rank between front and rear disks
- Fore and aft disk support tube is now mounted for improved soil and residue flow
- Wing hinge redesigned for increased holding power on 730C
- Shims stop the disk wing at a level position on 730C
- Heavier C-spring hangers feature additional residue clearance
- Blade to disk frame clearance was increased from 1-1/4 in. to 2-3/4 in.
- New three-piece V-seals on disk hubs
- Larger disk blade 24 in. diameter
- Crimped center – shallow concavity Earth Metal™ blades
- New spring pack for increased disk down force
